Massage Corner Cancellation & Appointment Policy
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client and helps ensure our therapists' schedules remain available for those seeking care
Cancellation Fees

24 hours or more notice: No charge.

Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the scheduled service fee.

Same-day cancellation (within 4 hours of your appointment): 100% of the scheduled service fee.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment and do not provide notice ("No Show") will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments or may result in restrictions on future bookings.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and ensure you receive your full treatment time.

Clients arriving up to 10 minutes late may still receive treatment; however, the session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full appointment fee will still apply.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment if there is insufficient time to safely provide treatment. In this case, the appointment may be cancelled and the cancellation policy will apply.
Credit Card on File
Massage Corner may request a valid credit card to secure appointments. Cancellation or no-show fees, when applicable, may be charged to the card on file.
Insurance Appointments
Insurance coverage does not waive cancellation or no-show fees. These fees are the responsibility of the client and cannot be billed to an insurance provider.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations occur. Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Massage Corner in cases such as medical emergencies, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
